PEPPER
Hello,
Allow me to introduce myself. I am Pepper. My owners could not take care of me
any longer, and they put me in the shelter. I stayed there for what seemed like
forever before there was a space for me in a foster home with CCDAL. After some
basic veterinary care, I am now ready to find a forever home with a
family that will love me and care for me for the rest of my life.
My foster mom calls me "a perfect gentleman" because I do not make messes in the house,
I am very gentle with her grandchildren, and she can leave me loose in the house when
she is gone knowing that I will not get into anything that I shouldn't. I bark when
strangers some to the door, but quickly quiet down when "mom" says they are "OK." If
I am in the yard, I say "Hi" to everyone that passes by.
I've been neutered, I'm up to date on all vaccines, I'm heartworm negative, and I feel
just great now that I've had a decent diet for a few weeks. I recently had my teeth cleaned,
so my breath is much sweeter. I weigh about 55 pounds, but I won't take up much space
because I can curl up very tight! Could you find a small space for me in your home?
